Accessing SSRS Reports - Steps to follow if you have been granted access to SSRS Reports but are unable to view the reports.

Not able to access SSRS Report Services

Confirm the following prior to submitting a Help Desk ticket:

  1. Confirm you are on the University network system.
    1. Either connected through a docking station or the University MN State User Tunnel if connecting thru wi-fi
  2. Determine your StarID password is current and not expired.
  3. Be sure you received an email confirming completion of your access request after it was submitted.
    1. If you have not requested access, you can do so through the online form at https://apps.mnstate.edu/datawarehouse
  4. Take a screenshot of the error message you receive when being denied access. The error message enables the Help Desk individual to track down the issue faster.
