Student Workers Computer & Department Mailbox Groups

Self Service in adding student Workers to groups to access your departmental computers/printers. As well as adding them to any departmental shared mailboxes.

Information Technology is shifting access to department workstations and shared email accounts to a self-service model.  Please go to this URL:

https://my.mnstate.edu/it/studentworkers

Log in using your M365 credentials. Once signed in, you’ll see the groups you're currently assigned to and can make any necessary updates. If you’re assigned to an incorrect Student Workers group (Workstation Access) or Shared Mailbox, let us know so we can make the proper changes.
