Overview
Service Request – A formal request from a user for something to be provided, information, advice, a standard change or access to an IT service.
Steps
- Navigate to the MSUM Service Catalog
- The service catalog will be listed and you can navigate into the categories to find the service you require, or you can type in the search box in the top right corner to find the service you need. As you start typing, results will be suggested using predictive text.
- The service page you select will list information about the service and any special information that may help with your request. Select the button on the page that says Service Request.
- If you are not already signed into the site, you will be prompted to sign in using your StarID and StarID password.
- Please complete the form with as much detail as possible and select Submit at the bottom of the form.
- You will receive an email notification that your request has been received which will have a link to your submission that you can follow to view your ticket at anytime.
