Accessibility+ is a tool within D2L Brightspace, available for use by both instructors and students, to support inclusive and accessible course design.
For Instructors
What does Accessibility+ do?
With some limitations, Accessibility+ will scan digital content in Brightspace courses and audit those criteria of WCAG 2.1 that can be automated. The tool provides a report with a high-level summary of the accessibility scan. You will be able to use this information to remediate materials as needed. Accessibility+ also includes some AI tools that can be used to remediate a limited number of issues through an AutoFix option.
