Overview

This service is setup to link KB articles to Incident Request action buttons which will create an Incident Request to the MSUM Help desk, who will assist you further or escalate the request as needed.

How do I use it?

Incident Request - Used when there is an unplanned interruption to an IT service or reduction in the quality of an IT service, to get assistance with something not working as it should or you have questions.

Who is eligible to use it?

Most Everyone - It is best to sign in using the link in the upper right corner of this page to get the most out of your experience and quickest response. Some services will not be available for public use and would require a StarID account to log in.
