Employee Access Request

Overview

Employees may use this service request to request access to more employee resources. Please ensure to include the employees name, StarID or TechID, Department name and detailed information on what they will need access to which may include the following:

  • Department email account (list email address)
  • Share Drive (provide what drive and/or folders they should have access to)
  • ISRS/Uniface
  • Sharepoint
  • Teams (specific group access)
