Replacement Request

Overview

The Deployment Request Service is for MSUM employees to obtain computing equipment necessary to your employment. We have both Mac and Windows devices, docking stations, monitors, mice, keyboards and other peripherals as needed.

Replacement Process

Requests will go through the Information Technology department by submitting a Replacement Request using the button found on this page. As part of the request process, you will be required to fill out a form asking a series of questions which helps guide us in preparing the equipment needed for your employment.

Once the request is received, it will be reviewed by our Deployment team to ensure all the necessary information is collected. If more information is needed, they will contact you through email. Once everything is in order, an appointment will be setup with you to go through the equipment exchange, equipment setup (if needed) and answer questions you may have.
