Login to Microsoft
Our Microsoft 365 article has instructions about how to login to Microsoft online applications.
Access the Bookings application
After logging in to Microsoft, you need to be able to get to Bookings. Here’s an effective way to find Bookings and other Microsoft tools.
- From any Microsoft tool on the web, click the App Launcher (the grid of 9 squares or "waffle") in the upper left corner. This will open a list of apps available to you.
- Click Bookings in the list. If Bookings is not in the list, look below the app icons for a link that says All apps.
Alternatively, you can navigate directly to https://outlook.office.com/bookings/.
Bookings home page
When you initially access Bookings, you'll be brought to a page where you can access both your Personal booking page, and Shared booking pages.
The personal booking page provides a streamlined and user-friendly setup for individuals who do not need the full capabilities of Bookings. You can manage available times, the types of appointments that can be scheduled, and more. Personal booking pages do not allow custom form questions, custom reminders, or custom follow up emails.
A shared booking page, or just booking page, (formerly booking calendar) is what a group or department will set-up in order to allow students and others to schedule appointments. Shared booking pages offer the full functionality of the Bookings software. You can customize form questions that must be filled out in order to schedule appointments, as well as customize reminder and follow up emails. Shared booking pages also offer greater control and customization options for the appearance of the booking page.
To access the personal booking page click Go to my booking page. To access a shared booking page, click the card of the booking page you'd like to access. Each of these is circled in the image below.
